Over the past year, we have built an impressive team in our kitchen, recruiting chefs with complementary forces: one specializes in international cuisine including Eastern European or Chinese and grilled foods. |Our second chef specializes in Moroccan, Mediteranean and Persian cuisine; in additon to a talented pastry chef. The three of them together form a formidable menu selection. The majority of our products are grown locally and everything is cooked on the premises in our state-of-the art kitchen, for every event.


Excellent service is very important to the Eden Hall catering team. It starts with the event planning handled by Audrey Amar, months before your event and then on site for the day of your affair to make sure your event runs smoothly. We have a head bartender in charge of the entire beverage staff, a maitre D` supervising all waiters and our head baker, in charge of all baked goods. Our Cuisine is managed by head chefs, proud to exceed your expectations and who come out of their kitchen to meet you and your guests.
